Birthdays Age 6 & Under
Shadow Hills Equestrian Center is proud to offer the following activities for your child and guests under age 7. Each activity lasts for about one hour, with additional time after for food, cake, and socializing. Two activities can be combined for a party package at a discounted rate, which would include two activities (one hour each) and an additional hour for cake, food, and socializing. SHEC can provide 2-3 folding tables and seating for up to 30 guests, as well as tents for shade as needed.

We are currently available for events on Saturdays and Sundays.
Farm Friends
Let your babies meet our babies! Shadow Hills Equestrian Center is home to more than 20 different kinds of animals, including horses, donkeys, pot belly pigs, lambs, goats, and even a llama! In our shaded facility, children can see these farm animals in their natural environment, and even pet, brush and feed them! Then, continue your special day with food and cake at our beautiful 11-acre facility.
Pony Rides
Does your little one LOVE horses, but they are too young to ride unassisted? Shadow Hills Equestrian Center offers the Pony Ride Party, with assisted rides in our large arena. Our experienced handlers and horses work with our Equine Assisted Therapy programs, and are the perfect way to introduce your little one to real, live horses!
Each guest will need to have a completed SHEC waiver before participating.
Horsemanship Lesson
Does your child LOVE horses? Have they always wanted to ride? Or if they do already, are they excited to share that experience with all of their friends? Our certified instructors will take you and your guests through all the basics of horsemanship in a brief lesson, which includes the grooming and tacking of your own mounts!
Horse Painting
One of the most unique and enjoyable activities we offer at SHEC is horse painting! Yes, horse painting! Your guests will use non-toxic paints to adorn our equine: tribal designs to abstracts, to inspirational words! The only limit is your creativity!
Pony Ride & Games
Our professional instructor guides your participants through the basics of riding, with party games on horseback, or even obstacle courses to test their skills.
